The IGN-1 is a powerful, affordable ignition coil that shares the same core design as the renowned IGN1A but without the built-in ignitor, making it a flexible solution for both distributor and coil-per-plug systems. Ideal for use with external ignition modules like BIP373s, this coil is vibration-resistant, angle-mountable, and features a secondary ground connection for enhanced electrical isolation and performance stability.

It uses HEI-style spark plug wire boots and is one of the few performance coils in its class with a separate secondary ground—ensuring robust operation even in demanding motorsport environments.

Note: For capacitive discharge ignitions (e.g., MSD systems), use the IGN1-CD instead.
