Despite never having made a drag-strip pass before, Dusold’s Camaro ran a 10.3 @ 149 mph on true street tires — an incredible feat that ultimately secured his championship.

“We knew we had some power and had just made some suspension changes,” said Dusold.
“We set the traction control for 9 percent slip and sailed down the track. We didn’t know what to expect!”
