This year’s Foxtoberfest Car Show brought together 897 Fox Body Mustangs — that’s 897 stories, builds, and fans celebrating one of the most passionate communities in the automotive world. On Saturday, October 25, 2025, the AMP Engine Management team was proud to sponsor and exhibit at this iconic event held at the Charlotte Motor Speedway Fan Zone in Concord, NC.
From sunrise to late afternoon, the show field was packed with classic restorations, custom builds, and one-of-a-kind projects that define what makes the Fox community so special. For us, it was a day of connecting with long-time enthusiasts, builders, and tuners who share the same passion for precision performance and modern engine management solutions.
Featuring Kyle Voss’s Fox Body Hot Rod Build
A major highlight at our booth was the Fox Body Hot Rod Build from Kyle Voss of The Fab Forums . Kyle’s car — a 1987 Ford Mustang GT transformed into a chopped and narrowed hot rod — drew crowds all day. Built in collaboration with KillFab, this project perfectly blends classic styling with modern tuning power.
Under the hood, Kyle runs AMP Engine Management’s MS3Pro EVO paired with IGN1A Smart Coils — a setup built for reliability, flexibility, and serious horsepower potential. It’s a perfect example of how today’s tuning technology can bring vintage performance platforms to life.

Connecting with 897 Fox Enthusiasts
With 897 registered Foxes, the energy was electric. We loved hearing stories from builders who have been tuning these cars for decades — as well as meeting first-time owners diving into the Fox platform for the first time. Whether visitors stopped by to talk about tuning upgrades, ask about our ECUs, or just check out Kyle’s build, we appreciated every conversation.

Foxtoberfest isn’t just a car show — it’s family. From the swap meet to the dyno challenge, every part of the day celebrated creativity, connection, and community.
